Nikki, I noticed you eat very organically, paleo and/or keto. Me too! I started this journey about 5 weeks ago and feel so much better. I’ve lost 8 pounds and don’t feel bloated anymore. Bobby Parrish of FlavCity has a YT channel that shows you how to shop for foods that are healthy for your gut. I use his bar code scanner App all the time to assist me in making wise choices at the grocery store, as well as Costco. ❤️
