    I make fermented cranberry sauce a little different. I process all the ingredients together with honey and let it set on the counter for a few days to ferment. Now the fermented cranberries I do but I never thought to use them with sauce, I just eat a few spoonfuls. I've got a little left from a 2016 jar that are boozy and sooooo good.
