I buy a prepared butter chicken sauce from Aldi and it is delicious. I add fresh saute chicken, red and yellow peppers, and sliced onion . Then I add the jar of butter chicken sauce. I also precook a few potatoes that I quarter and add to rest of the ingredients. I then add about a cup of frozen peas. This is so good served with Naan bread and Greek yogurt. Aldi also has Tiki Marsala and another Indian style sauce. They are all so good.

This looks yummy, I love curry. We make a no peak chicken recipe that is pretty good to
    Ingredients……
    4-5 chicken breast’s
1 can of cream of mushroom
1 can cream of celery 1/2 can of water( I rinse the and w/ it)
1/2 cup of holland house white cooking wine
1 cup of raw white rice rinsed
    1 tbs curry powder
    1 tsp Italian seasonings
1 packet of Lipton onion soup mix
350’ 9-13 baking dish covered with foil for 1hr. 45 min.
Mix all ingredients except chicken in a bowl
Spray your baking dish and pour in your rice mixture
Lay chicken on top and kinda nestled down in.
Sprinkle your Lipton onion soup mix on top ( I only do about half otherwise it’s a little to salty for me) but you do you. Cover n bake
    Enjoy !!!!! 😋
You should give this one a try. Very quick and easy to throw together.

That looks so good. I don’t know if I’m a curry fan. But I think I’m going to find out. I’m sure my husband would love this recipe. He will eat just about anything. I loved this video. I love to cook. But trying to figure out what is a pain. So if you have recipes I’m willing to try them all. If I’m not a fan of something I can just omit it, or change it to something else.

I do a similar version of this…love it! I wonder: that liquid leftover in the 'chicken pan' after you fry it up,…have you ever tried incorporating that into a sauce?
