I've used cottage cheese in many recipes! I've used it in lasagna for many years. I've recently started using it in mac and cheese and it's great. People don't realize it melts and that makes it a great addition to a lot of dishes. 😉
Maybe you should have drained the chicken and then put that liquid in the blender to rinse out the rest of the ranch sauce. 😉
Since you're getting so many oranges, maybe you could put Orange Chicken on your menu. I made it not long ago and the orange sauce was great! 😋
My sister and I ate out the other day and we split a meal. We both got mixed vegetables; broccoli, cauliflower and carrots, and I squeezed lemon on mine. She looked at me strangely because I'm not much of a lemon user. I told her it adds a wonderful freshness to the vegetable so she did it too. She was pleasantly surprised. 🤗
But when I saw you with the orange, I wondered how it would be with the orange squeezed on the broccoli. 😉

Thank you Jaime for wishing me a happy bday on your live, I think it’s great your grandmom and mom’s bdays are w/mine, we Aquarian’s are great people, IMO, I may be a bit biased but I’ve been told it’s true☺️Great recipe, the chicken looked yummy when done and it sounds so delicious🤤 I’ve never cooked w/cottage cheese, it’s a bit strange to me, I enjoy eating it w/fruit but I’ve seen people here who use it in place of ricotta cheese in lasagna and now here you are using it in a chicken dish, different. If you can find the Good Culture brand (Kroger has it) try their cottage cheese. My daughter has tried them all and she says it is the BEST.
