Happy Friday!!!! This week was a bit of a write-off as far as meal planning and grocery hauls go…I intended to run down the pantry fridge and freezer and just buy a few things as needed for the week…well the boys both ended up home sick from school and I wasn't feeling great, we had no groceries or meals prepped and it was a disaster!!! We did manage to make a couple of AMAZING meals and I would 100% recommend trying the Tuscan Chicken recipe (I found this on Pinterest) was so quick and easy and it tased DELICIOUS the kids raved about it!!!! The Pad Thai was also a big hit and definitely will be making this again soon…

We live one street behind a major shopping centre, so even though we’ve been in lockdown for the past 10 weeks, I felt ridiculous doing online orders. But I finally ordered online for this week. I feel relieved already knowing it’s all organised and I don’t have to go anywhere and there will be no random “extras” ending up in the trolley.

Never need to go in-store & spend an hr shopping for my weekly groc again. Simply drive to the store & someone brings my groc to my car. Huge time, & stress, saver!

I have two boys also and one who's coeliac. I find Genius brand bread products from Coles and Woolies to be the softest and healthiest. Have you noticed that many GF breads contain modified starches? So frustrating that regular breads aren't all GMO but GF so often is. 😔 Just a heads up. 👍🏼 Your videos have inspired three major cleaning projects this week, thank you!! So much nicer😍
