I will have to try it that way. Did the rack come with your IP or did you purchase it separately?
I also do my ribs in the IP, even before outdoor bbq, as I feel more of the fat ‘melts off’ with the pressure cooking method. To us, the fattiness of ribs is greatly reduced from the method of wrapping in foil, or not, and simply baking or bbq-I get slowly. Yum!
I’ve personally never made ribs myself. My husband normally does. But I think I’ll try these in my instapot!

I've wanted more IP recipes, I'll be making these the next time I make ribs. So much easier.
Hi Joan I have made ribs in instant pot a few times. I have used 4 cups of apple juice and cut the ribs before putting them in. Next time I’m going to make them like you did.
I make these all the time in the IP. BEST RIBS EVER. Sometimes I use apple juice or apple cider as the liquid instead of water! 😋
