Good recipe RNG I've been using a IP for years now to cook all guyanese dishes etc. Very useful pot. You can bake in them also. do a whole chicken too. Cheers.

I do the same with mine but yours looks allot of better, just a suggestion..you can use the saute option to cook the chicken first, then add your rice with the coconut milk ingredients afterwards to the chicken then pressure cook on high for about 25-30 mins
