    Ok Flo I made the soup today with your help… It taste good to me but I did taste some grainy taste… I think it was from the crayfish like you said maybe sand in the crayfish.
    My husband hasn't tried it yet… Not sure if he will notice.
    But I know where I made my mistake… I didn't soak the crayfish I only rinsed it and I didn't grind it up good.
    I did make a video of me making it.

    I think okro soup is faster than nsala oh especially when you're cooking nsala with hard chicken 🐔 🤣 I just have to try okpei in my okro to see the difference 🤔 this student is rich shaa 😅 love it
