    RECIPE (3 servings, 20min prep time):
    -1 onion
    -3 cloves garlic
    -optionally: 1 chili
    Fry in some oil
    -1 Tsp each salt, cumin, garam masala and paprika
    -400g chopped tomatoes (fresh or canned)
    Cook for 5mins until the tomatoes are soft
    -1 can (220g) cooked chickpeas
    -1 cup (250ml) coconut milk
    -juice of 1/2 lemon
    -1 Tbsp maple syrup or agave
    (-you can any veggies you like)
    Simmer for 10mins and serve with garlic naan
