I made a similar recipe last week and it was absolutely delicious! So creamy. I didn't use arborio rice but I'll have to pick some up for next time. Just a heads up, it's usually best to add the vanilla after cooking since a lot of the flavor will dissipate during cooking.

sweet risottos aren't my thing.. but it looks like it might be good instead of rice pudding for dessert… worth a try in the IP!
3:30 – hi Indy! ….holy canaries, I know I've been saying that I need one of these, but risotto alone makes the price of admission worth it. Making risotto the 'old fashioned' way is a huge pain IMHO. Well. If you want to make it correctly. (read: baby sitting a pot for at least a 1/2 an hour)
