Every Wednesday I make a soup out of whatever needs to go from the fridge in my Insta pot and use that as a way to clean my fridge at the same time. Anything else that’s further along in a throw to our three chickens, who love it.
My family loves super night on Thursday, especially because I always get a yummy bread to go with it. I always serve it for RPG game night on Thursdays. And I think it saves us a ton of money, keeps my fridge clean, and I generally just don’t like wasting food in a world where so many people don’t have enough. Insta pot is an incredible tool!
My Ninja 5 in 1 is a life saver in the kitchen! Worth every penny! The Bisell Crosswave is another must have. It's such a time saver and does a great job!

I just put the grid in my dishwasher to be washed, so much faster😁
I run my gas stove grates and circles through my dishwasher with no issues.
You can make jerky in your instapot of oven.

I have a love hate relationship with cleaning. I don’t like getting started, Its ok once I get started, but I love how it looks when it’s clean. 🤷🏼♀️
Love the idea of making apple sauce with the left over fruits and veggies in the fridge. I’m definitely going to do that for my toddler.

Here’s a tip. Put your gas grates through the dishwasher and it will loosen on the stuck on stuff.
You had a huge week last week with plumbing issues it’s ok to slow down let your brain cope from whatever situation has happened to reset. And to just get moving and do the normal in slow mow is good. You did great.
I love to organize but cleaning… not as much yet.

Okay I don't love cleaning and I do suck at cleaning…. But I actually enjoy the time I spend cleaning things because I do YouTube in podcast and that's the time I get to have any time if that makes sense like listen to things I want to listen to or watch things I want to watch. So much of my life revolves around other people even cleaning but that's like the me time cuz typically at night I feel like I'm watching my husband's shows from hang out with the kids and doing what they want to do But if I'm cleaning then I get to listen to things that I want to listen to which is actually kinda nice.
Ooo I should clean my bathroom. I keep looking at it and going this needs cleaned… And then I leave.

We have bought several small appliances over the years and have regretted most of them because we took the cheap route…we decided to upgrade our Ninja blender for the vitamix….and our Nesco dehydrator for the Excalibur dehydrator….and I cannot say enough words to articulate how much I would've waited and saved in the FIRST place…the money we would have saved in trying to replace these crappy machines, the time we would have saved…the money spent on food wasted in the cheap dehydrator…if you have the means….save a bit longer to get better machines! The quality of food it produces is unmatched! I can't drink things from non-vitamix blenders anymore LOL we're spoiled here! And I can tell the difference in dehydrated food…ESPECIALLY our jerky!
I don't know of a machine that matches a vitamix quality….and we eat keto in this house and use our vitamix several times a week to make almond butter, peanut butter, almond milk and flour….among other things…but there are many options for dehydrators…you want one that has pull out trays, one that you can set the temperature…and it should have the fan in the back to blow over all of the food at the same time so you don't have to deal with rotating trays several times. It cuts down on the time required to dehydrate and the taste is much better!
Sorry that was long-winded….but I know these machines are pricey….but if I could go back 20 years and tell myself this…I would! We have bought 3 ninjas in that time…if we would have just invested in the vitamix then…and it has a 10 year warranty…we would have saved money…makes me mad to think that!!
I love deep cleaning! It’s so satisfying to me to scrub something and make it nice and shiny. Tidying up, however, is not something I enjoy. 🤷🏼♀️
Wow. This vid should be shown to anyone who dares to say, "But you're at home all day. What do you actually do?" Your idea of doing what you can is what I would do over about three days. Go you! Also, I love that you used up all the left over fruit and veggies. I always think of those as free meals.

I love to clean, but I also like to sit and be lazy…watching You Tube or reading. I was appalled at how much cat hair was picked up when I cleaned my carpeting! I vacuum at least every other day, so I thought that I was pretty clean, but I guess not so much, huh? I do believe that little bugs morph through screens and windows! I love watching you clean, but I’m not sure why ? I did clean out my refrigerator while I was watching you, so that’s something. 😉 Have a great day !
