Just now ate a bowl of this very tasty recipe, tx so much for another great recipe! I have to eat low fat for a while and find it difficult to get nutritious meals with plenty of protein, but this was perfect: just a little oil per portion, and easy digestible fats from the salmon!

I'm new to lentils, but this looks great! Salmon, everyday if I could. I've been Blessed to have lived in Alaska and Norway, which have amazing fish and etc. Must say, Alaskan salmon (Red, Silver, King) are imho the best in the world.
