   Ingredients:

   For crusts:
   *5 cups (~ 800 g) Flour
   *1 cup Milk1 tsp Vinegar (9%)
   *400 g Butter

   For cream:
   *2 large Eggs
   *200 g Sugar (add more if you like sweeter cakes)
   *Vanilla
   *2 tbsp (60 g) Starch (any type)
   *600 ml Milk
   *200 ml Heavy Cream
   *200 g Butter
