That beef stew looks delicious but in U.K. a piece beef that size would cost about £30 $50 so we would not spend that much on a stew. We can by a few small beef pieces for around £5 but nowhere near the quality beef you’re using.
I always throw a handful of rice in the pot because it helps to thicken it. Great recipe though, and now you’ve made me hungry 😋😂😂
