Love your channel and I've been following for a while and will continue to, but I'm not a fan of this new filter you're using now. The visual is so pale and light in color, as a visual artist myself, I find it's very unattractive to my eye. Just my 2 cents.

This does look amazing and much like an easier version of beef stroganoff. However I have a concern about the slow cooker instructions. I’ve been cooking for over 50 years and never would consider adding a cream to a dish that was going to cook on high in a slow cooker. Not even on low actually usually cream is usually added to the end of the cooking cycle simply to avoid the obvious. Has anyone used the slow cooker recipe and followed it to the letter?? Please let me know how it turned out and did your cream survive? Thank you!

My blood is 50% beef and noodles. I use a cheap roast of whatever is on sale. I darn near soiled my britches when you mentioned ribeye. At 18 bucks a pound I'm sure it would be wonderful.
