    i dont live in the US, and everytime i see pale-yellow US Eggs i cringe a little. Vital Farms Eggs you can just tell by the colour, those chickens are grazing and eating well. the flavour and richness would definitely be worth the premium

    When I was a kid my mom made cakes for people, and one of the most requested was a mock angel food cake, which she'd roll off the top layer just like that. You can bet us kids all lined up to eat that sugary goop! This cake looks delicious and very much like I'll never make it. Haha.

    This looks amaaazing, Claire! I wanted to mention that it might have been a good idea to try to use pectin or something else instead of the gelatin, as for a wedding I’m sure all the guests would love to have some cake but the gelatin makes the recipe not suitable for vegetarians (as a vegetarian, I wouldn’t expect a cake to contain gelatin and so i probably wouldn’t think to ask) just something to think about! and Congrats Vinny!
