    1) Mix together 70g softened unsalted butter, 50g light brown sugar and 1tbsp cinnamon until combined.

    2) Cut the crusts off 8 slices of bread.

    3) Roll the slices of bread flat with a rolling pin.

    4) Spread the cinnamon butter on each slice of bread.

    5) Roll them up tightly.

    6) In another bowl, whisk together 2 mediums eggs, 60ml milk and 1tsp vanilla until combined.

    7) Dip the rolls in the mix.

    8) Melt some butter in a pan and toast each side until golden on each side.

    9) Mix together 50g granulated sugar and 1tsp cinnamon in a bowl.

    10) Coat the rolls in the sugary mix.

    11) In a bowl mix together 20g softened unsalted butter, 60g room temperature cream cheese and 25g icing sugar until combined.

    12) Pipe the icing over the rolls.

    13) Enjoy!

    90g unsalted butter, softened
    50g light brown sugar
    1tbsp + 1tsp cinnamon
    1 loaf of bread
    2 medium eggs
    60ml milk
    1tsp vanilla
    50g granulated sugar
    60g cream cheese, room temperature
    25g icing sugar
