    I make peanut chutney instant mix this way and send to my daughter abroad. They store it in freezer for months. I roast even tamarind and rock salt. And I add some hing. It stays a long time is stored in air tight containers and in freezer.

    I have never tried coconut chutney mix. I will try now. Thank you for the recipe.

    It's a request to you, please try some homemade papad like

    Udad Daal papad

    Rice papad

    Wheat papad (it will turn into transparent when it will dry in sun)

    Moong daal papad

    Rawa (Sooji) papad

    With Rice flour our grandma use to make papad with the help of hand machine it will be in the form of noodles after drying in the sun we can use for the longer time
