Beebah! This one’s a hit! I made it for a Christmas Party and it was a show stopper! Doing it again for New Years! I have a few tweaks to the crust and that was adding some cinnamon and nutmeg and toasting the butter. I bring the butter to a boil until I see a bunch of browned bits. I use that for just about every crust and cookie dough. The key with that is you have GOT to let it cool to room temp before you mix it in otherwise it is greasy. I typically wait about two hours.

It looks so good and so pretty I wonder how it would turn out if you sprinkled some finely chopped pecans or walnuts on it? I love cranberry nut salad and cranberry walnut oatmeal cookies. Anything with cranberries and nuts together really. Oh and I subscribed to your channel. I saw your divinity video and that’s why I subbed because it was so much like my mama’s recipe. Then this is the only other video I’ve had time to watch but now that Christmas is over I can watch a lot more.

Wow this is a beautiful cheesecake, Bee! I cannot get over just how fancy it is. Yes, it is quite a few steps but certainly is well worth it. I give you so much credit for taking on these endeavors. Very interesting how you candy the raw cranberries for the topping. I cannot wait to make this. You make it look so easy. Glad you had a wonderful Thanksgiving. Christmas Cheesecake is a perfect name for this festive dessert. Take care.
