    I watch Chopped a lot and enjoyed the video. But I think you missed an opportunity. In Chopped, you are supposed to change the ingredients somehow. You just put a pickle on a sandwich. What would have worked really well, was take a pickle, dice it fine, and add it as a relish to the pasta salad. Then still use the pickle on the sandwich. But good job.

    That looks so delicious. I love Nashville hot sandwiches or other spicy chicken sandwiches from fast food and I think your pickle on it gives it the fast food "breading crunch". I will have to try your ideas and Brooke's, hers was yummy too. Love you both and look forward to more.
