Try the barbecue in Western Kentucky. Specifically Owensboro. Self proclaimed BBQ capital. Some good stuff, though. Mutton is big here, although I'm not a fan. And Burgoo.

That area is an Asian haven. On the other side of the highway (literally walking distance from the H-mart) is the 99 ranch market with ANOTHER plaza. Has great places such as 85 degree Celsius bakery.

You MUST try āSichuanese Restaurantā off of Coit in Plano. It located in an Asian Market Plaza (canāt think of the name) The spicy Dumpling soup is really good but the Pork in Garlic Sauce is out of this world!! Itās also really really good in the beef version! Nearby is the BEST Matcha Ice cream I have ever had. You even have the option to choose your level of concentration of Matcha. Welcome to Dallas š
