My Mami would make it Peruvian style "Aguadito de Pollo” with chicken, cilantro, potatoes, rice, and other vegetables (dark beer – optional) it’s a green soup because you place the cilantro in the blender, and it’s used as the base of the soup. So good!
What can you eat with this? Rice, noodles?
Do you drain off the first braising liquid before putting it in the ceramic pot?
