Flo?… Dude?… from one Brother of Simple Faith to a Brother and Sister in the same family of Faith, thank you for your work on this channel. From a little little boy in South San Francisco, 1956, I grew up in a mixed neighborhood, predominantly Pan-Asian. It feels wonderful to be at home with you when watching. Now… please laugh… I am German English Irish. LOL! My wife's assigned hobby of 40 years ago is to learn Southern Chinese Cooking Family Style. My first treasured book is from Jenny Low. The title? Chop Sticks Cleaver & Walk. Fan forever, Sam!

seems to me it is the same as shank, I get it at t&t in metrotown, beats the packaged stew beef in the supermarkets, it is always dry even with lots of sauce.

The “hmmm” from Dude was the final seal of approval! This dish sure does look like it’s the picture to go along with the definition of “comfort food!” TFS, Sharon🤗🇺🇦

Love your stew recipe , must confess the cut of meat you use is not what we get here , Jamaican butchers just cut up any which way and package it how they want 😊, difficult to get real “cuts” we would buy . Anyway I am going to give your recipe a try , stay healthy and safe , 🙏

Hi Flo and Dude! Happy Sunday. I must admit that I've never heard of finger meat, I assume that it is beef.? I love using my pressure cooker, its like dump and go!! And everything is so tender and delicious. I look forward to trying this dish. I hope my butcher doesn't think I'm crazy when I ask about finger meat!! LOL!! 😁🐥🐰🌷

i had the worse beef stew noodle soup at a fast food court in a mall
the meat was tough chewy and had a foul smell
laced with shredded carrot, uncooked brocolli and only the white part of choy sum
expensive too and threw it out and just ate the noodles.
