Hi Yaman, I tried this recipe today. 5 whistles for my pressure cooker (https://www.amazon.ca/Prestige-Popular-Stainless-Steel-Pressure/dp/B074DCTWFW ) overcooked the chick peas and half of them were cracked.So ,I had to hand pick the ones that are good and used them for the recipe. Not all the peas made the crunchy sound but it tasted good! Will try the recipe again. Thanks for your videos!!
