You know she's the real deal when you see the bite she's taking from that taco. She even made homemade salsa! This looks absolutely delicious and I have to try it. Thanks for sharing and a very enthusiastic thumb up.

Claudia I hear you're a busy mom and care taker…that beef would cook soooo much faster if you use a pressure cooker and cook the dry chilis in there too …just saying. and use your hand mixer to shred your meat…Make things easy for you young mommy..

I really like seeing your variations on foods that i love to cook, it gives me different ideas that i want to try. I live in NM and make food very similar, but with a NM twist. I really want to try your salsa-looks delicious! Cant figure out how you can cook in such beautiful clothes and not get them dirty! I have to wear an apron. Haha. Thank you for what you do, i really enjoy watching your videos. 🙂

This was the first video of Claudia that I saw. This chili sauce is BOMB!!! Works with everything. Sooooooo good. And I fry my taco shells now thanks to you. I'm hooked on your cooking videos. I've cooked so many of your recipes and you really taught me something I will use for the rest of my life. All were restaurant quality so far!!! And now my wife watches! She's learning to cook (I'm Italian so I love to cook, so thats not a biggy) and watches her makeup stuff. Thanks so much Claudia! ❤ 🤍 💙 🧡. And if ever you find yourself single, you can move in with us, ill pay all the bills and throw in a Lexus! 💋 😗 💏

Most of the time when your the chef in the kitchen you don't eat enough to gain weight we taste test every time we are adding ingredients so you get full from that, Lol I get tired of eating my own cooking, lol but when someone else cooks for you now that food is so much better then our own cooking, that's where you gain the weight 😜

This looks So Yummy!! But I’m not familiar with the Chili’s??!! We’re the 3 Big Red Chili Pods.. the Serrano?? Are they Hot?? I can’t take REALLY SPICY
HOT Chili’s?? I like a little (& I mean little spice) but not Hot where you constantly have to drink water to cool down your tongue & throat!!🥵🌶🌶🌶
But I Love Mexican Food!! Thank you for Your Wonderful Video!!😊🙌🙌👏👏😍

It's 1am, me and Novia just finished cleaning. We made this recipe. Wow WOW WOW! Wow, I used 2 1/2 pounds of tough bottom round. I cooked a total of 120mins on low after initial boil. Came out sooooooo tender! The consume was out of this world restaurant quality!!! I added 1/2 tsp smoked paprika and 1/2 tsp cayenne pepper. I topped this with avocado/garlic/serrano/cilantro salsa, lettuce and queso fresco. OMG! I wasn't sure to use yellow or white corn tortillas, so used white which is what I had on hand and they came out just like I had from a vendor in chihuahua, chewy, rich and crispy. I used 5 guahijllo and 5 new Mexico chillies (no seeds) and 2 arbols with seeds for heat , and added 2 more garlic cloves to the consume. This is such a great recipe, and the beef costs US$8 for 2.65 pounds! I fed 6 people in 3 days. Thats $3 for 2 fat, protein packed tacos!! Who knew? Now I do lol, thanks so much!!!!!❤ 🤍 💙 🧡 ♥️
