Love your channel, but you added way too much beef to that pan. You steamed the meat instead of seared it. Edit: holy cow. Use the pepper stock you made instead of fresh water to make the sauce.

That looks really good. I need to go to the Mexican neighborhood to purchase the Chile Ancho, Chile Calif. and the rest of the ingredients. What type of beans are those? They don't look appetizing to me at all. Can I use red or black beans? Can you show me how to make tortrilas and rice as well? Thanks!

Oh wow Kirby! Reminds me of Southern New Mexico when I was a kid! We would take the leftovers mule deer hunting and make burritos put them in our backpacks! Looks so delicious Kirby! Had me licking my PC screen 😂😂😂😂🤙👊🏻🤟🏻!

Very nice. I actually thought it would take longer to get really tender meat but from your bite at the end, it looked perfect. I've done the salsa / sauce the same way but don't grind the bay leaves.
I think the way you sear the meat makes a big difference.
    Giving this a try soon.
