I put a twist on it by just frying some ripped up tortillas for a couple minutes then directly add the eggs into the tortillas frying until they cook and then remove from heat and plate. Then add the salsa

Why do you feel the need to do a Spanish accent when you say the Spanish words. You can just say tortilla, you don’t have to fake an accent. I’ve never understood why people do that. Do I need to fake a German accent when I say BMW?? How about Toyota?? How about a fake Japanese accent.
