    If there are foods that you don't like… make a positive image in your head and relate it to the food you are eating. Forget the negative image in your head of the last time you tried it or what you felt like when you ate a food. Make it a positive experience whenever someone makes you food. They're not trying to kill you. They love you are are trying to keep you alive.

    I made this immediately after watching the video, I happened to have all of the ingredients. It is absolutely delicious! I ate some right away with brown basmati rice (for breakfast); however, I’ll be taking the rest of it to work with me this week for lunch. Thank you for another delicious recipe!

    I am definitely going to make this, I do think I will substitute the coconut milk for a soy, cashew or oat cream. I have high cholesterol and therefore prefer not to eat coconut products. It still looks amazing!! (I really appreciate when indicating what you can replace which product with!)
