How to prepare the same without oven
I made this last night and it's so good. I didn't have fresh tomatoes and I lack your artistry so my version wasn't nearly as pretty as yours but it was delicious. I used seasoned diced tomatoes on the bottom. The Better Half was very pleased with it so we'll be having it again for sure and he's eager to take the leftovers for lunch.
