TIP: If you season your protein in the bowl it was originally in raw, then you wont sprinkle seasonings on your hot pan where they can burn.
Thank you for your recipe, I tried it and it was perfect! I made chicken wing soup before but a traditional Ukrainian way with potatoes and parsley added, but I have never until now done the grilling in a grill pan before and it's a game changer.
