    This recipe was really good. I used the sherry recommended, used corn starch instead of arrow root powder, and used dry ginger. Really good. Everyone in the house from 4yo to 87yo enjoyed it. I even snuck in cauliflower rice and they loved it. Thanks for sharing.

    I made this for dinner tonight. I had everything except carrots so I used some mushrooms I needed to use up instead. Omg, so good. The sauce is everything. I'm definitely keeping this in my go to dinner ideas during the week. ❤

    What I love about this is how easy and delicious the sauce is. It’s such a great way to use up whatever leftover vegetables I have in the fridge. I’ve tried with a few, but my favorites are still the bell peppers w the broccoli. I also add in some cashews and it’s super yummy.
