    Recipe is as
    Split chickpeas (channa daal 2 cup ) soaked for 8 hours
    Then Add 2 chicken in it with or without bones
    Add giner , garlic , onion and salt , red chilli powder , turmwric , coriander powder , whole spices powder( garam masala powder) , cumin piwder according to your taste .
    Add 1 & 1/2 cup of water and cook on low flame until chicken and channa daal done
    Then keep chicken out and separates chicken from bone . Add chicken again without bone and on medium flame stir continuously and dry all water then blend it all by using hand blender or if you using the other blender then let it cool first then blend it and keep it in fridge for 2 hours until its set nicely . And after 2 hours make shami kabab and dip in egg and fry and enjoy . You can freeze these kababs in freezer for one month .
