Is it a crime to use Mie-Noodles???? 😮😮 Light or dark sesame oil? Can it be bean sprouts from the glass? Does it have to be Japanese sake or is Chinese rice wine ok? Can I use more mirin instead of sake? I get the ingredients hard, if any! 🙏🙇🙏
