Thank you so much for this video. It is really amazing how to cook chicken curry with potatoes in a Bengali way. Really interesting and easy to follow for a man. :)) Recently I struggled so much with how to regulate the level flame of the oven in order to thick this mixture for example. Could you give me a piece of advice when I need to turn my flame into slow, medium, or even high level, please? 🙂
When I check the YouTube video about chicken curry and I follow it it tastes bad. I think my own style is far better than all these YouTube video.
