Hi Anita, great video. My brother is the manager at the Willowbrook Safeway. I checked it out the other day and they had (frozen) chicken gizzards. I bought them specifically because of this video! I've never tried them before and am looking forward to cooking them up. Anita I would love to support your channel but am not a big merch person. Have you thought about introducing a paid membership like Steve from Serious Keto (I'm a channel member of his), or maybe a Patreon account (I don't know much about these but have seen them around). Just a thought 🙂

Looks so good Anita! Thank you for sharing. I love gizzards as I said in another post you had. I have a hard time finding them but I buy them up when I do! 😁 Thank you for sharing. Have a great week.

I had chicken and noodles for lunch today, too! I used chicken breast from the sous vide chicken I cooked and the same noodle recipe. I also used some glucomanan to thicken up the "sauce" a little bit. Tasty! Thanks for sharing!

Mmmmm gizzards! 😋👏🏼❤️ Your soup gave me all the cozy warm winter vibes, Anita! I really need to make your noodles! Or are they moodles (meat noodles)? 😂 LOVE the new KW swag! I am going to buy a long sleeved T and that avocado apron! ❤️❤️❤️

I have not dared try my new (bought last year) instant pot yet! LOL! But I do soften my gizzards the same way you do. This recipe came just in time- I bought 40 lbs of frozen gizzards when I was in the woods this Fall at a small meat store up there. Sadly they don't carry fresh. :o( I can't find fresh either here around me in Minnesota. Off to make Gizzard soup! :o) Thank You!

Thank you Anita. I just last night I was watching Dr Ken Berry talking about how good gizzards are for you. I don’t like them but I am willing to try them again since you’ve given a way to tenderize them.

Nice to find a channel that appreciates the finer things in life, chicken gizzards. My mom would cook for a long time, then salute in butter, onions and mushrooms. She was brought up on them because they were cheap and she was one of eight kids, she brought her four up on them, too. For the same reason, cheap but delicious and nutritious. Going to cook some up now! For those of you that like them fried, cook until tender, drain and roll in pork rind crumbs and toss in your air fryer for a few minutes, not too long they will dry out. Dip in buffalo sauce!

I grew up with chicken gizzards!, hearts & livers…mostly fried! I love them and now you've shown me how to make them tender in this yummy soup, thank you❗❗😋😋🤗🤗
