    I will hear a lot of people don't know that chicken feet are eaten in the south. We boil them for a few minutes then scrape them to remove the membrane skin. We fry them use them in dumplings or rice usually but can be cooked many ways.

    When I lived in DC a few years ago there was a Dim Sum place in Chinatown/Gallery Place that served these. At that time I thought it was disgusting and never tried them. I don't live in DC anymore but now I am interested in trying these.
