Been making these and the Beef now for 6 or so months since I first watched it. I tend to make larger ones and use 3 9×9's I also don't add any heat to my sauce and use a smokey season. Family loves them..

Omg! These look so good. I made your other enchiladas recipe with ground beef but the sauce was sooo spicy it took me awhile to eat lol I used regular chilli powder.. is there anything else i can substitute so it’s not too spicy?
