Hii!! I love this recipe. However I have some restrictions because I DONT have some ingredients. Can I not use paprika Bc I DONT have any and replace with more chilli powder, can I replace chicken with CHickek strips from Walmart, and the canned tomato with actual diced tomatoes? And also if I DONT have chicken broth can I use just water with salt and pepper? Can I replace masa with corn flour Thank u sm love ur channel.

Thank you for this recipe & video, informative. I think this is probably the best one & more accurate to mimicking Chile’s chicken enchilada soup. I’m going to incorporate homemade enchilada sauce, but the execution looks so good.

Never having had this at Chili’s I found this intriguing…I’m the cooking queen of short cuts when preparing time consuming meals. Having said this, making my enchiladas is probably a lot less time (example, I use rotisserie chicken combined with red enchilada sauce & nope not the store bought kind…sh a secret) consuming then even your soup. I think I might muster up the momentum to give ur soup a try.

Tried and true. Best enchilada soup I ever made. I prefer the flavor of the crushed tomato+ green chiles combo over the bitter taste of canned enchilada sauce any day. Thank you for sharing!
