    chicken dopayaza? just 45 years back the skin ie Posth was considered the most tastiest part of the murgh( ie hen/rooster).
    i dont think a chicken dish like this would have been tasty with Posth on murgi!
    it will be intresting to hear your take on this because till 1980ties almost all murgi sold and cooked in was with skin.

But as you explained that let chicken release its water … and bhunaai honi chahiye proper helps a lot …. Will definitely try this amazing recipe ❤️❤️❤️.. stay blessed 😇
