That would probably taste great as a salad too with some greens added.
Havarti & Queso cheeses are excellent w/sharp cheddar, & Maya's homemade ranch is one of the best I've ever made~ seriously, so much better than anything store bought, including the ones labeled as "healthy"/"low carb". This casserole is very rich, so we often pair it w/unsweetened iced tea because it really helps to balance the meal.

Dr Berg would say hidden sugars might be in pre made ranch. So I recommend making your own if you are doing keto
