I love kale & combined with chicken sounds delicious! My wife mentioned after the last video that when there's excess liquid, you can get that spew, she's had that on old school pressure cookers. I'd let it release on it's own also. I was glad you used the browning function to show how that works. We're thinking of getting an Instant Pot soon. #prayforloveandpeace
