Your tips on aip cooking especially Indian flavor profile cooking are very useful I ll be ordering few items to make butter chicken soon( im dying without chillies in my life and India and Korea cuisines are amongst my favourite and so not aip boohoo). I ve a form of arthritis (AS ) so hope to see some improvements at some point in next 12 to 18 months – I only started few wks ago with a dietitian who asked me to follow diet very similar to aip. I ve not ate any meat for 10 years so I feel like a teenager who suddenly has to learn how to cook…thank you for your efforts to put the knowledge out in the public. While there's lots of aip on YouTube a lot of it doesn't really chime in with the kind of food I used to eat and you are the closest I found to my own preferences! I'm binging on your videos to learn how to cope in this new adventure and just wanted you to know how much I appreciate the information you provide.
I really want to ask. Can I have millet roti ( ragi, jowar, bajra) and lentils if I have Hashimoto?
