    I used to have a terrible diet & then I was diagnosed w celiac. Celiac, dairy free and vegan often get combined together in health food stores so I ended up way ahead of the game having to give up both gluten & dairy in the end anyway. My fave is definitely the chocolate(easiest too) but I really like the idea of the apples on top of the chai one too. Chia seed pudding is one of my fave breakfasts next to overnight oats.

    Always put chi seeds in water to soak or grind. They can get stuck into your intestines. I me a woman that told me story about her dad having surgery from the chi seeds in bedding into his intestines. It was a serious operation
