I'd love to hear from everyone… What dessert do you enjoy making for special occasions the most?

I speak french. I like Claire's accent.
1. Teflon pan, metal wisk, metal spoons YIKES!
2. Its the heat of the pan that makes the alcohol evaporate, not the match. Isn't the flame just for show table side in a restaurant? You could just add the bourbon to the hot pan and wait the same total time and the alcohol would be gone, just the same. No?
I feel like this could have been a crossover with Gregg from How to Drink š¹
3 MMM's must be really good. should try

The sound in this video is off. So quiet and then when the ads come on its a jumpscare
Hey, thanks for the delicious recipe and interesting concept. I was wondering why you opted against the following order:
caramelize the sugar,
glaze the cherries with this caramel,
framble everything
and then pour the juices
to boil them down to the sauce.
Would be very happy to hear your thoughts!
Tom Collins. Love sour drinks.
That butterfly cat toy at the end is really cool. I think my cat would go crazy over it.
I vote for other flambed desserts like Bananas Foster, Baked Alaska … and those are the only ones I know haha
Dirty martini. Filthy really, with lots of olive juice.
I make about 5 – 7 jars of sour cherries in syrup every summer when they are in season and then enjoy them for the rest of the year. They are amazing in muffins, brownies or on top of pancakes, waffles, ice cream. I also sneak sour cherries in apple pies for color and that amazing pop of flavour š„°š
I really like making caramel sauce to pour over ice cream or serve with tart apples!
My go to drink is called a Foghorn! Ginger ale, lime, and gin.
I think Claire shadow banned. Her videos donāt show up in my subscriptions.
SO EXCITED!!! ā¤
Is there any way you could do a Rum Ball recipe? My mom loves them and I want to make her some soon!
I love making anything that I can flambƩ. I made Cherries Jublilee for a Christmas dinner party a few years ago. I wish I had, had this calming video as a reference. I was never sure my choice of sour cherries was right at the time. Now I can make it again with confidence.
Perhaps an announcement like "I am setting a fire in the kitchen. No one should be concerned." – Although… context IS important.
Delicious!
I dream all year of my annual trip to Love Apple Farm in Ghent, NY, to pick sour cherries. Sadly this year the crop was lost due to that damned 26 degree night in late May. One of my favorite desserts is Bill Smith Atlantic pie.. lemony perfection!!!
Raspberry or huckleberry vodka sour
So fun! š
I feel like Claire has to name her next book āMMMā otherwise sheās missing out on prime brand synergy.
The best cocktail I've ever had was a Fireman's Sour. Thanks for the great videos!

Do you keep a fire extinguisher in your kitchen?
Just in time for me to use my frozen cherries from last year's cherry tree harvest and empty the freezer, before I go into it again for this year's stock š
