It’s GADGET REVIEW TIME and today we have Michelin-trained chef, Poppy O’Toole in the studio. Get ready for delicious food, filthy jokes and questionable …
I got my Aeropress a couple christmases ago and i love it. Its perfect for my boyfriend and I to use daily. We dont have the counterspace for a big machine so its amazing for apartments too. The only issue i have is its made for more traditionally sized coffee mugs, so if you have odd shaped or larger mugs its a little tricky but still useable 👍🏻 just be careful
Another boring vid. Get it together.
Jamie called Poppy a Normal Chef, but Michelin Star Normal is a delightful title as well 😝
19pound… just get a rice cooker and itll last forever
The subtitles were so off for this video! Haven't seen them that bad before
Is this a test to see how we’ll feel about Poppy joining the group for good 👀
Just get a rice cooker. 16 minutes for rice??? Just get a rice cooker. The cheapest rice cooker is still cheaper than that thing. Get. A. Rice. Cooker.
I adore Poppy. More Poppy! 🌸 the vids with her make me genuinely laugh out loud. You all have such a good rapport.
The rice maker looks so amazing for people who want a rice cooker without all the cleanup and used counterspace.
Poppy: the new SortedFood team member! Make it official!
So nowadays you actually shouldn't boil the water away with rice due to the arsenic content, the more you drain away the better. (This is from the UK gov food page)
Awww I miss James but can we get poppy back…. Like A LOT! I love her!
I really love her honesty and bluntness. 😂 hope she comes back more often!
A few questions…
When did sortedfood become a gadget show? Did I miss something?
When are the food battles coming back?
That zwippy rice cookers is a carbon copy of the older Joseph Joseph one. So much the same I wonder if it's a illegal copy
This was enjoyable for sure.
Centimeter?????? Love from USA 🇺🇸
I absolutely love poppy🤩
I have two AeroPress. It’s the perfect way to make a great single cup of coffee ultra fast.
I have an aeropress, and I love it. Only downside is waiting for the kettle to boil.
Good to see you actually review a product I own at work – the aeropress. Not as good as the Dolce gusto or Tassimo though
You guys get that type of tenderizer and DON'T make country fried steak?! JUST WTF!?
The CC about what you learn in a "Michigan Kitchen" is extra amusing to me.
Genuine think they missed out on one of the best puns with the donut press… “So is it a “Dough” or “Nut””
Can we PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE keep Poppy?!
"thats what she said! no! what he said!" ok i officially welcome her into my heart as a part of SORTED
It's a little dissapontinf when you plug a meal pack that isn't on the menu. You might want to coordinate that Better.
Love my AeroPress but I do not think it was used correctly. You should run some hot water over the filter before adding the coffee to clean it. Fill to the top of the one with water, stir for 10 seconds and press until you hear a hiss. Then you missed adding water afterwards to the cup, otherwise you are just drinking coffee concentrate.
Aeropress is the best coffee maker ever – I have two, one at home, and one for the motor home! It's brilliant. Definitely yes.
Poppy has great chemistry with the boys and feels natural and at home in the studio- Hope she becomes semi regular!
Electric rice cooker is so cheap you wouldn't believe it.
What the fuck, you don't even show the PRESS portion of the fucking AEROPRESS. Rookies.
I think Joseph Joseph might want to check out the Zwippy product. It is basically identical to theirs.
Awww I do really enjoy Poppy. She helps fill the hole in me wee heart, ever since a certain ginger man went off on his next chapter 🧡
Good god, they've done it. They've discovered a Normal Chef.
More Poppy!
Please can you test some different grades of rice cooker?
The jaccard tenderizer from Ccfoud is by no means a new design, although it's only in the last 20 years that such kitchen tools have come more in favor for use in the home kitchen. The price is certainly right.
You used the wrong pun on the donut cutter. "Is it worth the dough, or is buying this thing nuts?"
Grade 6 science fair the the rescue! The holes actually hold liquid.
I did an experiment where I compared absorption of different paper towel brands, and the most expensive named brand had holes. My hypothesis was that it was goong to perform the worst because of the holes.
However, at that age I didn't know about surface tebsion. Liquid can fill small holes and spend itself inside the holes, allowing for more absorption.
Poppy is lovely, but please tie your hair back when you are cooking!
"That's what she.. no he said" ok I'm dissapointed
the doughnut cutter would work much better with the dough on a silicon mat so it has that little more give to get a more complete cut.
