I’ve asked him to get a Fire Engine qualified foods in Whole Foods. So, people know this is plant strong or Fire Engine and how to eat it! Have a APP that gives the recipes and connect with Whole Foods and they get the bag of food for you!

I keep it simple in my kitchen, I don't need an air-fryer (I tried one, and returned it as I didn't think it was anything special), or an instant pot or a rice cooker or even a food processor. I have a box grater, steel pots and pans, a non-stick pan and a microwave, that's it! I bought a food processor last year but never used it.

I have gone back and forth with veganism. Both times that I stopped the vegan lifestyle was because I felt socially isolated even though I really believed in it.. A vegan smoothie bar/ restaurant opened up near me and I reached out asking if there was any sort of meetup or support group in the area. Found out there is a meetup monthly at their place and also a group that gets together for dinners, barbecues, etc. I'm going this weekend and so excited! You just have to reach out and talk to people. They are out there 💕

Hello, I'm new to all this so forgive me if this is a dumb question, what is "sos free"? Chef AJ mentioned spices that are "sos free". Thanks for all these free resources, it is so helpful to us newbies.

HI RIP: Your only MISTAKE was not making this a 2+ hour interview ❤. I would title it "AJ Unbridled" — too funny ! LOVED AJ's opening back story — especially with the Jane & Essy old days. Watching you and AJ mature through the years has been fun… Seeing you guys together is a blast !

I am confused by plant-based leaders now warning against the dangers of starches. I have been diagnosed with MS recently at 58 yrs old. I have gone completely and strictly plant based this year and really have to be certain I am not eating anything that causes damage to the brain. Some are now suggesting starches can be a problem for the brain – any recommendations?
