    like I do when i make my homemade mac n cheese… i add 2oz of gorgonzola to my 8oz each of the other 3 cheeses i use..so i would try adding about 1 to 1 ½oz of blue/gorg to your cheese sauce…see how that elevates your taters!

    Hear me out…in place of cream cheese, mascarpone or brie cheese, also Bacon fat, and in place of milk, evaporated milk with buttermilk powder, and don't forget the smoked gouda, gruyere and aged extra sharp cheddar.

    Just a tip nutmeg enhances cheese flavour so always add a pinch in any cheese sauce. Trust me once you do it you will taste the difference without it.i know it sounds weird but it works.

    Love this but I can't with the cutting through the veggie sticker! If you do that you can bring stuff through to the food whether bacteria, ink, etc!

    I love cheese and potatoes, I think I would defo like this. There is a tip for not getting teary eyed while chopping onions, I think it was a soaked paper towel on the chopping board, I’m not sure it works, could u try it so I know if it works or not, sometimes I don’t trust people on the internet but I trust u 😂

    Not going to lie, but I thought u were using that fake cheese again, thank god u didn’t 😂😂

    This looks amazing! You said you though it was missing something and I'm a cheese sauce queen! Try a couple of bay leaves in the milk while it warms and some Colmans Mustard Powder, the one in a yellow tin. Goes fantastic in cheese sauce with a grate of fresh nutmeg 🥰
