I found that mixing a little flour in with the beef absorbs all the fat and makes the whole thing incredibly rich and so addictive. Definitely a cheat meal but if youre gonna cheat might as well go all out. The flour trick also works for any dish that has a little excess liquid that you dont want to otherwose pour out.
