I can’t keep upgrading my Foodi Grill the way you do! Wondering if there are parts available for the older models, like the griddle. I could probably look it up, but it’s easier asking you.

OMG! I just watched you put the bun on top of the meat, and using a spatula, flip it over onto the plate! Why have I never thought to do that?! 🤦🏻‍♀️ how easy, how clean and neat! Thank you!!

In Philly it depends on the place, the seasoning is always SPG… D'Alessandros will put onion, peppers and mushrooms and use white American which is my favorite, Tony Luke's also but no Mushrooms, D'Angelos will add an Italian twist with sauce and Parm, it's really about the place. Pats and Geno's are the tourist traps but not really where the locals go unless they are close to the Triangle. Looks good CJ 👍🏼

Yes we do! Also ketchup, relish, mayo, mustard , mushrooms, pizza sauce. It's how you like it! I'm here in Philly and a guy at Pat's steaks pointed down the street to a place called canulli's and told me they get cheese steak meat from there. It changed my life. It think you can order too. It's also known as the House of Pork. My best tip is shred the onion up in the meat with always more onions than you think you need. Use "cooper" brand sharp cheese and Italian rolls and a little garlic powder. The best!!
