My mom always added sausage to her meatloaf and a tablespoon or two of mustard and I think it was the best meatloaf I ever ate. I am going to try yours it looks very good I never thought of putting potatoes and carrots in with it

Tessie, you have lost so much weight! I haven't been watching you for a long time. I've been so busy with my garden and stocking up on supplies. Your meatloaf looks great. I don't usually roast my veggies with the meatloaf but I'm going to start I usually add veggies when I make a beef roast. I'm so happy that you're doing well.
